If you are a landlord please leave name and contact details of tenant and expiry date of certificate. Please note certificates can be renewed up to two months before expiry without the anniversary date being brought forward. This allows greater flexibility for tenants.

We have an office administrator who takes all calls 08.00-18.00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these times please email, text or leave voicemail.
